It is located in Entre Ríos, province of Argentina close to the rivers Paraná and Uruguay, where the mild weather is propitious for the growth of tender grass and ables a natural fattening which is propitious for the production of animals low in fat and cholesterol, resulting in a meat of a unique tenderness, aroma and flavour.
